VERY NICE! That's the way to do it for sure...get it in writing.

My dealer is terrible...if you guys haven't heard my stories before. I pulled up at one point and they thought it was an M. After I told him it wasn't, he said it confused him because he's never seen one dropped before, and he's never seen someone change wheels(I only have the OEM coupe wheels on my car).

I would never do the upgrade but he wrote it in the email that it will not effect the warranty, if they come back and deny it, i have the email, and now the dealer is paying for the repairs since it was documented before I did the service

Do these paddle shifters fit on first gen sedans?? I'm interested in getting a kit for my 05X but don't know much about them.

i wouldnt think so, they fit these whole range or cars because the sockets n wiring is there if your car year doesnt have that option avail on any of its models then naturally it wouldnt be prewired.

Is there anyone from Seattle/Tacoma area who can help me install the paddle shifters ? I talked to the dealer and he is not willing to install.... Sorry I asked the same question in other thread as well!

Install it yourself, very easy, I did it last weekend.
