How come people dont believe me when I tell them this when they're trying to trade their car in?

"my TL is worth 24k low book" -regarding 04 TL with 60k miles

 

My main gripe with that is that when dealerships are selling cars, they can be quick to pull out the KBB when they try to sell you a car and quick to pull out galves when your trading in your car. I'm sure they don't all do that but I've seen it happen many times.

 

^^very true...trade ins suck. To the op and anyone else looking to trade you'll never be satisfied with the outcome of a trade value sorry. Especially on a newer-ish car.
