Yes - I took it to the dealership - they were very nice about it - got a loaner and got the car washed. At the end it was a AAA battery that got stuck underneath the passenger seat. There are some AC vents and the battery made it underneath the carpet.

The dealership did not charge me anything as it took them 10 minutes to figure it out.
