what's your point? how is 80 safe but 90 not?
for some drivers even 25 isn't safe whereas others can handle cars safely at speeds much higher than the limit.
(though even I admit there is a limit...probably 100+ is on the unsafe side, unless the freeway is empty, in which case you should be allowed to do anything you want)
TO ANSWER THE QUESTION (wait.. When you are behind the wheel you are driving and paying attention to the road, not listening to music. The DRIVING part comes first.
