black overlay on BS g35s??

ok so I am thinking about putting a black overlay on my g35s I am sure lots of you have seen my car. What I u think should I do it?

I was debating black rims on my BS....but I just can't seem to pull the trigger... The BS changes color too much depending on the lighting, so it's hard to judge how it will look.
