The mods wanted to write up some general guidelines for posting in the forum, to help everyone understand why threads may get moved. We try to keep stuff in the ’07 forum, so that there’s a good flow of new info. But, general threads about things like best wax, best gas brand etc. will usually get moved into the right forum, simply to help with searching and locating info – those aren’t specific to ’07+ models.

The examples below aren’t absolutes but should help:

• General threads about 07+ sedans will stay in the general section
• Threads about ‘07+ sedan tech will get moved to the tech forum. Note that there’s a difference between ‘07+ tech and generic questions: “What brand of gasoline is best?” will get moved out of the ’07 section, “What intakes are available for the VQ-HR?” will stay.
• Threads that are off-topic will get moved to off-topic, ditto for threads about other years / models from Infiniti

One more point to consider, if you want people to respond to your question/comment give your thread a meaningful title. For example a thread called "noob question" or "stupid question" probably won't get much traffic.
