Based upon similar experiences to the OP, I have reached the conclusion that a significant proportion of the population are apparently selfish, thoughtless sheep.

Makes one wonder about the capacity of these people to serve on jury duty...baaah

Had that happen at costco as well.
Except I was in the car & watched as this idiot emptied his cart & left it to roll into mine.
I was able to jump out & grab the cart b4 it did the deed.

I remember that Costco. I remember getting a huge dent in my Grand Prix at that location.

That really sucks. Some people are so friggin lazy.
On a side note, how dificult do you think it would be to make some sort of padded cart that doesn't reek havoc on park vehicles? A motivated and creative person might get rich of them if you could design a competatively priced cart

that's a good idea...it would be cool to see carts that couldn't damage cars.

i wish costco did a delivery service so you could avoid driving to their horrible parking lots

Our town must be a breeding ground for dumba$$es and punks w/ little regard for others' property. We've had three previous new vehicles keyed and never owned one that wasn't dinged from one thing or another. Now we just have an in-town truck that we use for WalMart, the mall and anytime we go out at night. It sucks, but at least we really enjoy our G when we do take it out, lol
Sorry to hear about your dent, should be fixable without too much trouble in a door.

it was the costco in alpharetta/winward pkwy. i don't usually go to the one in perimeter. yeah what sucks even more is the fact the shopping carts are super sized and twice as heavy as the standard shopping carts. i really want to inflict some pain on these halfwits who have no regard for others' property.
