G35 governed?

Hey are g35s in texas governed? I hit around 135ish on private property at i think 3 or 4000rpm in 5th and it stopped going. Any thoughts? Also if so how do you go about lifting it a bit?

The speed limit is 75mph MAX, no need to go any faster.

Although I don't agree with his approach, I agree with stardust. If you're doing this kind of driving on a track, you should preface that. If not, then...well...you shouldn't be doing it.

I think its more appropriate if you simply express your concerns without directing people on what they should and shouldn't do, in the end its someone else's decision not yours. I edited the post so sorry for the confusion.

There are varying theories - some AT G's seem to be governed, others have said they've gone beyond the theoretical governed limit so

And thanks for editing the post, discussion of max speed on public highways is frowned upon...just noticed one of my esteemed colleagues already closed the thread, so now you have your answer we'll let it drop.
