The sound is just perfect from the video. Just a quick question....Is the sound from this muffler similar to the G35 coupe, FX35 or a bit more or a bit less ??? I'm about to get this on my 07 G....
thanks

yea i feel its getting louder everytime i drive...so im trying to put some miles on it. I never met anyone with a FX or a coupe so im not sure if it sounds like it.

Its pretty quiet when i drive slow but it sounds good when i take it up past 3k

I may be wrong, but I think if your looking for that g35 coupe sound, your going to have to go stillen catback exhaust to get as close to it as possible.

I have listened to the video postings of magnaflow mods vs stillen catback mods.. and the stillen seems closer to it.

My quantitative observation...

Is there a exhaust "washer" mod for the newer G35s?

Sounds pretty good!

Muffler swaps are definitely the way to go considering the price of a catback.

I doubt you're going to notice a performance difference either way. Do it for the sound if that's what you like.

Wes_888 you are correct.... Stillen exhaust sounds closer to the FX and the G coupe..but for the price magnaflow is really good....I'm unable to decide which one to get...
