When I turn on my headlights in my 08 G35 (journey w/navi) the Xenons turn on and right next to the Xenons, daytime running light looking lights also come on?? They are located to the lower left. It kills the whole look of the Xenons because they are just regular looking lights

Is this nornal? if not what can i do?

Sounds like your fogs are on... Turn them off!
There is an on/off on the headlight selector switch. sorta like a second dial switch on the same stick.
You can see it in this pic... on the left of the steering wheel (not that there is one)
The outer most switch is for the headlights. The next switch in is for the fogs.
