Warranty Question
Warranty Question
I bought my '07 G35X used. It had 20,000 when I bought it at a Toyota dealership. They did a full service on it before I took delivery (checked all fluids, oil change, tire rotation).
My question is this: Do I have to take it to an Infiniti dealer for service to maintain the warranty or is just having proof that I kept it's required service up to date sufficient? The nearest Infiniti dealer is an hour away. I would like to take it to the local Nissan dealer if I could.

you can get your car serviced at nissan dealers but any warrenty work has to be done at an infiniti dealership.. well that is my understanding.. if you like to do your own car maintance, keep all receipts and keep a physical log with all work that was done with both dates and mileage.
