G35 Lemon

Has anyone dealt with Infiniti in processing a lemon law case? Did your Infiniti get replaced or bought-back and how long did it take?

Did you get your money back or a new replacement? Did you have to pay the lawyers fee or did the lawyer collect from the dealer?

infiniti sucks when it comes to this issue. however you ahve to be persistant and give follow up phone call after phone call and things will eventually get done. they will try and get you to trade in, then they will offer to buy back, but of course for a lower value. my advise is to know your states lemon law, and what mielages your problems occured at so you will not be screwed out of any cash.

I spoke to a lawyer and he notified me to take my car to another dealer to have them attempt to fix the persistent problem I am experiencing. This will strengthen my evidence of attempts to repair the problem by more than one dealership. G35Power, who was your lawyer and what was their fee to get you a settlement?

wow, i can't believe those dealerships called you those names...don't people in sales know, the customer is ALWAYS right...over at my dealership nalley infiniti of decatur...these guys have treated me very fairly even though im a young student w/ aftermarket parts...

car quit working saturday, the battery went out...i have an aftermarket sound system and i thought that may have been the cause...i call roadside assistance get my vehicle towed to the 'ship...im already expecting to pay $200 for a new battery...

my main tech mark drops a new battery in the vehicle and says it's on the house...the service person tells me to just make sure i fill out the survey...i BS with the service guy and the tech for the next 30 minutes about all the aftermarket parts on my car, and then i'm on my way

They all suck, Honda is just as bad. I couldn't get Acura to do simple escalation with some issues with my 04 TL. I swore them off then realized they are all the same.

hmmm, I'd like to hear the dealers story on this one.

I've had excellent customer service with Infiniti thus far. Yes, my car has had a major problem (Oil Consumption) but Infiniti stepped up and replaced the engine. I know many other manufacturers wouldn't do the same.

Sooooo.... What exactly are you trying to lemon your car for? Is it a safety issue? How old is the car? How many times have you gone in to service to fix it.
