this is not an upgrade to me, my first choice was forged 3pc wheels which would of been an upgrqade, i just hate my stock 17s and the unlowered look since there is no spring or coils made for the x's yet so this is my way of a cheap fix for now. the cost of these wheels for me are stupid dumb. it would be like a parent buying there kid a xbox for christmas, not a huge dent on the pocket on people driving a close to $40k car.

i could easy sell these wheels for a profit within a week on ebay or on the forums if i really wanted to.....

That said, personally, I'd rather get a set of G37 coupe rims or M45 rims w/ +25mm spacers over ronjon rims.
id definetly go the m45 route, almost bought a set a month or two ago that i saw on ebay for a great deal. but like i said for the price for these its a no brainer for now

on this note this thread can be closed and thanks for a real answer, i hate people who dont read the whole first page thread and answer my questions.

i am going to get the inspyres, tires already coming this friday. Ill save the tread on my stock 17s all season tires for the winter

Post some pictures. There'll always be haters. Some people, like me, would still like to see what a G35 looks like w/ some ronjon rims.

With respect to lowering, people have used Eibachs and H&Rs on their G35x. The stance looks just about the same as on the non-X G35s.

I recommend the Eibachs just because they're not as low as the H&Rs and would allow you to drive the car fairly normally.

honestly, I think those inspyres are going to grow on me. They look decent, but I think they'll look a little funny with stock brakes since they show so much. It'll definitely look better with a BBK but if it's just something temporary just go for it if they're going to be cheap. They'd look better than stock 17s imo.
