Headlights not coming on

Hey guys,

I just brought home a new 08 g35xS this morning. I just took the car out at night and both the headlights (low and/or high beams) would not come on. The fogs and signals work, but the lows/highs won't come on. If I push the stalk to force the high beams, everything goes out. I don't have the Adaptive Headlights.

I checked the fuse box under the hood, and there's a fuse or relay missing in the spot marked H/L WASH. There was a fuse in the spot marked 4WAS, and since I don't have that (assuming that means 4-Wheel Active Steer), I tried moving it, but it didn't do anything.

Has anyone had this problem? Is there another fuse somewhere, or am I doing something wrong? I'm going to bring it back to the dealer in the morning, but it's going to bug me all night.

Joe

Don't mess with anything. Just go to the dealer in the morning. You don't want to start pulling all the fuses.

Brand new car bro. Just take it back to the dealership and have them take a look at it for ya. You dont want to be fidgeting with things you dont know about. They might blame the problem on you then.

Yea, you guys are right. It's just frustrating, ya know?

I actually just got back from the dealer. There were two blown 15A fuses in the IPDM (?). Service manager said this was different than the fuse box next the battery. Either way, they replaced them and all is well now. Thanks!!
