Congrats. Ours (Platinum Graphite/Graphite xS) arrived on Friday too, but we're picking it up on Monday. We're waiting for the Aero Package and the Midnight Grill to come in and get installed.

I'm really interested to see what the Aero Package is going to look like. Did they have a brochure or anything to show you?

congrats... I sold the first one in NYC which my client picked up on Halloween and was excited. the 7-speed definitely makes the car feel better .... LP is a great color choice!

 

Oh wow. I guess I wasn't wrong. I thought I saw one parked in front of an apartment coming off the Brooklyn Bridge where you connect to the BQE. It was the rims that caught my attention. I was certin they were 09's rims and they looked good despite the complaints. Also, something about the body kit looked slightly different, but I didnt think they were out yet so I thought my eyes were playing tricks.

 

I'd also be very interested in seeing some pics and knowing some more about whichever Aero Package you had installed, along with the MB grill. I see yours is an xS - did you get Nav too? Did your dealer mention anything special about the "new" paint jobs on the 09's?

Thanks guys. I will take pics this weekend and post up. We got the xS, Nav, Prem, Sport (obviously), Midnight Grill, Front Sport Lip and Rear Lip Spoiler (new for '09). Picked it up on Monday, everything installed.

Dealer didn't mention anything about paint jobs for 09s, but from what I've read the new paint is some type of "seal healing" paint that is not supposed to be buffed, etc.

Aero Package is just the new Sport Front Lip Spoiler and the Rear Trunk Lip Spoiler, I believe Mike from Riverside has posted pics of each item for sale in another thread.

I'll get pics up by Saturday hopefully. The GSedan brochure has a pic of the new trunk lip spoiler too.

Car is awesome, $ for $ the best buy out there for performance, looks, technology and comfort in my honest opinion. I didn't like the new sport wheel in pics, but in person, it looks real nice, especially on Platinum Graphite.

Is that liquid plat. or diamond graphite?

My DG is on order...(G37S, 6MT) and that lower lip has me thinking....so does the blacked out grille.

 

I'm pretty sure it's Platinum Graphite; same as my 09.
