It's the Tire Pressure Sensor. Check the air in your tires.

If its by the speedomoter, top right, thats an alert telling you something has been alerted on your maintenance schedule. Mine comes on when im low on fuel or whevenever i reach a certain mileage and a scheduled maintenance interval has been reached. The TPMS is on the lower left side by the tachometer

Looking at the manual:

If it's an exclamation point inside a flattened 'U' that is the low tire pressure monitor as mentioned above.

If the exclamation point is in a triangle that is the 'master warning light' and it could be:
Door or trunk is open, No key, low fuel, low washer fluid or parking brake release warning.

I tried to cut and paste from the online manuals available at Infiniti.com on page 2-15 but for some reason they won't allow this from the online pdf's so this is the best I can do. You can always go to Infiniti's site, ownership and then get the manual online. I keep a copy on my harddrive for reference but for some reason this one keeps wanting to connect to the internet every time I select it.

Hope that helps!

Jay

Edit: I just saw your original post again and that was a pretty cool picture of the flat tire warning! Looks just like the dash light!
