HAHA.............I just got towed by 10th ave and 12th st. on the 20th of december, it was the first time my X got towed. I didnt notice anything wrong when i picked it up at the pier. But did it F Up a wonderful night!!!

i was worried about the same thing as you!

I think the towing company should be responsible for any damages! However, proving that the damages were incurred by them would be difficult.. Sux.

 

Getting towed is a really helpless feeling. Some of them are pretty good, they'll put dollies under the wheels and move it slowly, other guys will just drag your wheels and kill your car. Its a crime the way they can get away with destruction to your car without any responsibility.
