Dealer Bites the Dust
Dealership Bites the Dust
Well...sad to say but Santa Monica Infiniti is no longer. They are closing their dealership - sales and service on April 3.
They are no longer taking ANY service appointments until then. Liquidating their inventory at cost or below.
They were a great dealership on the service level...and you could get some rockin deals on occasion, too.
I asked why no one bought the dealership and the service manager said operating costs in Santa Monica are just too high to make it work, especially with sales so low.
Anyway...anyone have insight into Miller Infiniti and their service department? Loaners? SM had 50+ loaners...
Thought I'd share...

Wow, this comes as a surprise. I've been to the SaMo dealership a few times and was always impressed with the experience. Great location too, just a little small. Sorry to see it go. Is Miller the only remaining Infiniti dealership in LA?
There are several others kind of around LA...but Miller is the closest, followed by Glendale,...the others are in South Bay or further away...
The actual showroom was tiny, but the service department was state of the art, big and amazingly clean and organized...all the floors and walls were painted white...and were actually always white!
I'm surprised Infiniti didn't step in...but who knows how the dealership network is actually run...
Pick up a good deal if you're looking tho on a new one...
