so i'm thinking about getting the midnight black grill now.. i wasn't planning on doing any mods so soon.. but f*ck it



here is my stock one.. i swear there is this clear substance on it i cannot get rid of (as shown in the pic).. i tried practically everything.. i even tried scratching it off with my darn fingernails and the stuff won't come off.. any suggestions?

yes, use a chrome wheel polish, works amazing (did this on my other car's grill).

thanks for the suggestion johnnyzee.. that did the trick.. i got most of that junk off the grill with the chrome polish and a little elbow work

below is a bad iphone pic.. but it is clean again

that looks great gdrift, any other angled pics?? I'd like to see a few diff angels of the car and how the grille is reflected by the wheels and window trim. If you have a chance to take some more pics it would be greatly appreciated!

I've thought about the midnight grill many time....
I just can't get past the upper & lower chrome pieces.

It was some off the shelf textured, grey black speckled paint for plastic. I have since gone back to put my OEM chrome fuji on and this one is in the box with the OE grill. I can dig up the can and snap you a pic, if you want to get the same stuff.
