question on wheels fitment

Hi guys
Will g35s 18" oem wheels fit on nissan 350z?
and are nissan center caps the same size with infiniti?

If you guys have any pic on this it will be really helpful

They will obviously fit.. but fitment will be beyond horrible...
You will definitely need some spacers.

Not quite sure about the center caps.
