Poll: which color for the grill?

ok, so i just got my new grill in the mail today (thanks ELMACHOGERACHO for the SUPER quick shipping!). And i bought it to paint it "midnight" style... and my question is what color should i paint it?

Flat black
Semi gloss black
gloss black
Obsidian black

The first 3 options are pretty cheap, and i would sand/primer/paint/clear with those.
My friend painted his G OB so probably has some paint left over, and i can probably get him to spray my grill that color if needed (but i'm not sure if it would look good THAT glossy).

So fella's what do y'all think? Let me know b/c i plan to do it this evening or Sunday morning....

If you're gonna do it, do it right. OB to match.

If I ever decide to do mine, it'll be done in Slate Blue.

yea, my car is Liquid Platinum (silver)..... I figured Ob might have some flake in it like the midnight grill, but then again it may be WAYY too glossy for it and make it look funny, but flat black may be too "cheap" looking.... I'm not too sure, i've searched for pics and saw gloss black, semi gloss, universal? and flat black being used.... But in ALL the pics, it looked the same to me (guess black is too hard to tell in bad quality pics...) So anyways, i guess i'll buy the sand paper and primer today and get the grill ready, and tomorrow i'll spray it with what ever wins the poll....

I went with semi gloss black for my vote. Body colour would look good also.
High gloss shows imperfections too easily and matte black looks great when first applied but usually looks blotchy after time.

well, guess i was too anxious and decided to go ahead and get the paint... I ended up getting a "metallic" black, though it doesn't look metallic at all.... It's still drying right now, and looks semi-gloss to me so far. I'll post pics tomorrow after it dries completely....

Is it too late to leave the Infiniti Mt Fuji emblem unpainted? From others' vehicles, I've always preferred it in the original chrome

I need someone to photoshop a Slate Blue G with a midnight grill, only making the inside blades slate blue instead of black.
I think that would look killa
I have a full photoshop install, but I have no idea how to use it LOL

i am thinking the opposite! keep the middle blades black, and then do the top and bottom liquid platinum

I'll post pics tomorrow fellas (as soon as i can find the charger for my camera, plus i just pulled a 14 hour shift on my feet the whole time, so i'm a lil tired...) Overall, i think it looks good, all my friends liked it better than stock... I might do it to my spare grill, and put "real" paint job on it, to see which i like better....
