Has anyone heard any more about this? Sometimes when my wife sits in the passenger seat the airbag sensor turns off the airbag.

 

When I took my G in a month or two ago they tested my sensor (to make sure it worked) I would take it by the dealer and have them check the recall. (Tell them your wife sometimes will not make the sensor go off). But yes they do have a recall out for that.

 

I have the same problem and took the car in to the dealership. They were aware of the TSB, tested mine and said all the sensors were working and within spec.

 

Yeah ditto, had mine checked last week, and it passed. From what I found this affected cars manufactured prior to May '08 I believe, my car was manufactured in Oct. '07 (in the driver's door jamb). This is a good site to search for more info:
