Rear door lights

I was messin around with the backseat light and accidentally took out the light casing out (aka the entire cover not just the light cover). Is there anyway to put it back in with out tearing the car apart?

Yeah, the whole housing can come out. It should just slide back in, opposite of how it came out.

I have tried that an its not snapping back in completely. The inside piece is loose so its not staying still as I try to snap it in.
