30k servicing in WA

Read the manual so you know what they're offering you. The short version is Schedule 1 is for 90% freeway in temperate conditions, probably not for you because you live in WA. Schedule 2 is for everybody else that doesn't want premium maintenance. (By the way, for the 30k schedules 1 & 2 are identical.) Premium costs extra because they do more than required. Some people feel good spending money, or believe they'll keep their car 200,000 miles, and they pay $800 - $1000 for 30k service.
Surely, by now you have established a pattern with your service schedule - stick with it.
