Quick question the answer to which I hope I haven't missed in the preceding replies.
Does USB mean my 3G iPhone will charge again? I upgraded my old Edge iPhone when the 3GS came out and was disappointed to discover that the new phone would not charge via the OEM (Firewire-only) cable in my '09 FX.
Further, is it safe to assume that this would in no way be backwards compatible with my FX? I'm thinking it's not just a simple cable change.
Any insight appreciated.
Thanks.

Do you not have the OEM iPod integration? It's the rectangular connection into the center console and an iPod/iPhone connection at the other end. It doesn't charge, but you can add the Scosche adapter to that. I'm not sure what FireWire you're talking about, I just had an '09 FX for awhile and I didn't notice that. Maybe not a USDM?Originally Posted by saabfan

Yep, I have the OEM iPod integration. The explanation for not charging (or so I read) is that 3G iPhones don't have the capability to charge over FireWire like the old iPhone, which led me to believe that the OEM set-up was somehow FireWire-equipped. I'm not too technically-inclined, so if that makes zilch sense, my apologies.Originally Posted by popcornten

I do have a Scosche adapter, which does the job it advertises, but the setup is very inelegant as when all the parts are together the iPhone no longer fits in the FX's upper-center console to provide quick access while keeping the cable and phone out of the way.
Oh well. Apologies for veering off-topic. But many thanks for the reply.

no there is Moonlight White.... but you can't get it with a Graphite Interior... just stone(sport and non sport) or wheat(nonsport only)
-this applies to both the G37 sedan and the G37 coupes... '08-'09 G37 coupes had the choice of 3 interior colors -- wheat/stone/graphite--
