Water dripping into trunk from tail light fixed ?

I always hated but never really complained about the water that would drip out from around the tail light when I would open my trunk after it rained and fall into the trunk. Well apparently infiniti knew about it and fixed it. They added extra rubber to the lens gasket that makes the water channel down into the rain gutter around the trunk opening. Im assuming the tail light lens from pre 2010 to 2010 is the same. Please call infiniti and complain so the will start changing it on our cars. Please see the pictures. The 1st pic. is my car the next 2 are the 2010 with the black rubber piece that extends out from the lens about 3 inches. By the way check out the loaner they gave me while they are fixing a few other things ( long story ) .
