Although it has only happened so far after exiting the interstate after a 10-15 mile drive (so car is warmed up), I've had a pretty bad creaking sound coming from the car. It occurs mostly when accelerating from a stop or braking pretty hard at low speeds. Also, if it's creaking during braking and accelerating, going over bumps also causes it to creak (at low speeds). When the car is cold (hasn't been on in a few hours), there is no creaking at all. Everything I've read is about suspension noises going away when the car warms up, but mine is happening only when it's warmed up. Has anyone had this in their car? Mine is a 2007 G35, non sport. I only have 15k miles on it, and driving a mile and a half to work, I hadn't noticed the noise before. Only after driving to Arlington (to test drive X5's - lease is almost up and starting from the stoplight off the Interstate, did I notice the creaking noise. I have an appointment on Thursday, but I seriously doubt they'd drive it as far as it's taken to make the noise. It sounds like something is definitely wrong with the suspension, b/c what else would sound like a spring squeaking? It's not limited to the back or front. They all seem to be doing it. Sorry for the long post, just trying to be as specific as possible. Thanks for any info!
