What is the wattage of the standard 9006 bulb? I put in a cool blue 55 watt in the drivers side fog and stock on the passenger side and they both still have the yellowish tint to them. Can not see any difference between the two. I was hoping to get a little closer to the HID look in the fogs. Is the power reduced to the fog lights? ie running half the wattage like a daytime running light?

 

i ordered these, and they are very close to my HIDs

 

I don't know if i'd feel comfortable putting 100 watt bulbs in, not with out a wire harness upgrade at least.

Try searching for Hoen white fogs. I have them and they don't seem to have much yellow tint. However, they are strictly appearance only (or DRL) as they are pretty dim and therefore useless functionally. HID fog kits are much brigher.
