hey all, have an 08 g35 sedan with premium package, just have a couple questions.

1. do your doors automatically lock when you start the car? I think mine did and after I took it in for service, I noticed they stay unlocked when the car is started and I have to manually lock it (minor annoyance)

2. when the car headlights are on auto and they turn on at night, after you park the car and lock it the lights should stay on for however long you set them to. But I was wondering when you unlocked the car and opened the door, did the headlights turn on again? Mine dont, they turn on again once the car is started. Just wondering if I should bring this up with the dealer or not.

The 07/08's don't have auto locking doors. I believe the newer models may however.

The auto headlights only come on when the car is running. I have seen on occasion, the lights come on if I shut the door and immediately reopen it... not sure why but they're only meant to come on after you hit the start button.

 

1. It can be done through the consult at the dealer. I think theres like 4 different options they can set it at.

2. Mines will turn on when opening the door after unlocking, then turn off when you close the door before starting the car. i hate that -_-
