I buy so much on intenet. Never had big issue. Obviously these guys are stupid as one can be. Try to contact to the general manager of the store. Send him the email where it says G35S sedan. Ask for refound of your money and tell him to come and pick up the wrong bumper because it is holding up your space. Not sure about debit but with credit card you can just get refound from your credit company. Also time to file compalin where you can. BBB to start.

Thanks for the advice. I doubt Visa debit or my bank will do anything to help. I have had success with purchasing items online for years with little problems.

Today I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Advantage Auto Mart has yet to answer my email or two voicemails I've left with them. Just trying to confirm how to proceed with the return and what I can expect to get back.

Ha, I just noticed on their invoice that their policy is no cash refunds, credit only. What a bunch of BS!

 

If you used a Bank of America Visa Debit card, unauthorized transactions can be refunded. There is a $0 liability for unauthorized transactions. Maybe your debit card has that function.

 

Yeah BBB isn't going to do a damn thing. I had this happen to me when I had my Mazda, they kept painting sedan bumper, then a different shade of color...I ended up having to pay 100 extra and swore I would go to reputable shop from now on.

You got any lawyer friends that can make threatening calls? lol unfortunately, you are far away from them and all they have to do is ignore your calls.

 

You can also file a complaint with their local PD and inform them of the situation. Technically, it is against the law and you can have an officer go talk to them.

 

^^^ sounds like a good idea. Print out a copy of the email and print picture of the bumper you suppose to get and the one they send you and walk in the police station. Nothing to loose. Make sure you go all over the internet and start making posts about too.
