Everyone who gets these and installs them keep an eye out for any squeeking, rattles or pops from the new sway bars.

If they are well made the car should be silent.

Thanks for the write up ChinkyChoy.

no problem guys!! glad i could be some help

as for the squeaking i havent heard anything yet hotchkis includes two tubes of grease i used a full tube for the front and full tube for the back so half a tube for the right and a half a tube for the left bushings.

it is also included in the instructions how to maintain them

Ok, and what is the difference compared to when u've first driven your G on BC coills?
I mean what u've felt more the BC or Hotchkis sways?
Cause after BC even on stiffest possision I was still not satisfied with handling of my car, thats why I'm asking))

i thought the G was really nice on BC coils actually i thought that it handled better than stock especially on hard turns, on and exit ramps to the freeway. the only downside is ride quality even with the dampening set i think 15 front and 20 rear (from the stiffest).

have you tried setting your dampening on a softer setting because i rode around with my coils on 0 fronts and 0 rears (hardest setting) and it was pretty bad.

there are also other factors that play into play with the handling of the car other than coils and sways there is also the stance of the car, size of wheels, tires, etc.

with the new swaybars i can definitely feel a difference like i said before i feel more secure to the ground on turns.

Stance is low - no finger gap in the rears, one in the front, Yes now I'm riding 20 clicks from soft to hard on the back, and 18 clicks from soft to hard in the back.
Summer wheels are 245-35-20 8J ET40 R20 +10mm spacers (

But the thing is I still haven't done my allignment yet Three or so Car Services declined to do an allignment for me, regarding that I'm too low (I'm okay especially compared to you, my American friends) As the steering wheel is sitting straight and the car goes straight, and winter started so I decieded to wait until summer for an allignment... Camber is pretty negative on back wheels (I think more than -2 degrees)
Can the non proper allignment cause all my unsatisfied feeling with the handling???

I mean I've driven a 325i BMW with almost full perfomance package, and damn thats a car should handle!!! Can't say same thing about my car now :/ Hope sways will make Change. I Believe.

i m not an expert on it but i do believe an alignment does play a factor in the handling because camber does.

i think as long as your specs arnt completely out of wack you should be alright

would someone else like to chime in?

just a heads up...

i have never experienced so many cuts, scratches, bruises, and curse words when doing any of my mods...

all those rusty and stubborn bolts and tryin to center the car on the lift so that i could get to some bolts ohhh my god....

but worth it in the end ahaha
