Dude...get autocheck and keep scouring Autotrader. If you are willing to travel you can find the perfect car....and using autocheck you can see its purchase history so you will know if it is a former rental...

Thanks! I'll check both of their websites out and see what I come up with.

See link below for all my pics. If you have a specific request, let me know. I am cleaning her up this weekend.

Thanks a ton man. How did your online buying experience go? Did you have somebody inspect the car, did you inspect it? How much was shipping?? Dealer willing to negotiate?

Since I am buying a 6speed, I know it wont be a rental car since they don't rent those. However, I want to find one that was taken care of and not beat to **** every weekend at the track or driven by a nutjob. It is nice when you buy one form a dealer that got it as a trade so they can generally tell you about the owner and such.

Do you really think there is a visual to do that'll you'll know that a car has been driven hard/beated? Good luck with a dealer telling you "hey dont buy this car car, the previous owner tracked it"
With that said you will have to do the best you can on your inspection to guestimate if it has been taken care of.

You can generally tell because the car feels more 'loose' and the clutch could be worn and or feel funny. I'v driven a brand new 6mt, so I know what one that is brand new feels like.

Thats why I want an honest inspector to look at it before I fly all the way there.

This is also a positive with buying at a legit Infiniti dealer. Shady little dealers hide a LOT of things. A CPO at an Infiniti dealer is the cream of the crop that they can get their hands on and wont have a jaggety transmission, 14 owners, and questionable history.

If you get that, you will understand what I mean. I dont really know how else to put it lol.

I live in Hawaii and the dealership looked for 07-08 ivory for me too. He gave me a list of cars available and there was no ivory 6sp m/t in it, so yea.....

I think its like super rare of something... :-(

I think so too. If I get a preowned, i will always get a CPO, no exception at all. But that was the only IP with nav and sport package and 6MT. I wont recommend until massive research is done on that car. It's just still good to know those cars still exist lol

So I ran the AutoCheck. I would pass, it is listed as a Manufacturer Vehicle, which means either it was a Loaner car for Infiniti, or a Company Car for an Infiniti Executive.... Either way it was beaten around. Boo.....
