weird, is it still within the threads of the metal? maybe if you unscrew everything on the door and give it a firm tug it will dislodge

in for creative answers...

Drill it out with a drill bit for metal. You will end up with a bigger hole, but I'm sure you can find a bigger bolt. Good luck.

i had the same problem thanks to Best Buy when they installed my window up/down module and it would not come out no matter how hard i tried. Then i had my mechanic take it out for $10. he could not drill it out cause of all the plastic around it. What he did was to roll down the window jam a screw driver trough the window rubber and jam it into a little metal housing which was where the screw/bolt goes in and which had somehow gotten loose from the door and was just spinning with the bolt. (hope that makes sense)

So basically he jammed a screwdriver CAREFULLY through the window jam onto the little circular silver metal housing that the bolt goes into and then he loosened the bolt while keeping the cap from turning. I could do it myself now since i know what to hold on to, hope this helps you.

Hmm interesting kool yaar. Did he jam a screw driver to prevent something from moving and turn the bolt... or turn it with the screw driver and prevented the bolt from moving?
