I have some scratches on side mirrors(not on mirrors) and they look really hard scratches and I can see the inside paint. I would like to touch them up nicely.

Can I do it myself? if so where can I buy the paint? or need to take it to paint shop?

 

Go buy the touch up paint from the dealer... then either wet sand the area after it dries or use a razor and cut the paint bump off. Afterwards, use a rubbing compound.

I use turtle wax premium grade scratch repair kit....
