got new wheels on my 07 g35 sedan let me know what u guys think? yeah i know to much gap in the wheel bay lol but im scared to lower it i dont want to loose the smooth ride! after all thats why i bought a g35 luxury ride! i have a civic whitch i lowered it so i know the ride will never be the same n i put expensive suspension on my civic tokico struts n skunk2 springs so for my g35 i dnt think i want to do all that

 

With a small drop you'll be set you wont really lose ride quality...looks good though

Thanx but even for a small drop it means I would have to go thru all purchases of all new camber kit suspension it's a headach lol

 

Very nice! Love those wheels, not over the top and it compliments the color of the car. I just picked up an 08 sedan last month and I looking to get a set of wheels myself and I don't want to lower it at all. I had my accord lowered on tokico structs and tein springs and the ride quality will suffer as well as the tire life. Im all for leaving it the way it is as far as ride height. Are those 19's?

they look good but if you just buy lowering springs it wouldnt cost that much anyways and i dont think you even need a camber kit for such a small amount of drop.

 

Wheels are pretty nice!! Pictures are bad!!! Fender gap is just UGLY!!! With those wheels and some Eibachs. DAMN!! Welcome to the forum!

 

just get an eibach pro-kit, very very moderate...but i'm upset, not enough people putting nice forged wheels on their sedans...for some reason coupe owners tend to put the forged w/ dank offset.

 

I didn't loose to much ride comfort with the drop, highly recommended. But nice wheels.

 

Thanx guys umm I dnt know if I would need a camber kit if I get shorter springs or what not and if it's worth spending time and money for just 1inch of drop and if it realy makes a difference i like the chrome look with black I want the luxury look not speed or w.e I got my civic for that

 

just do it!!! it will make your car much nicer aesthetically and handling will improve. i've owned only luxury cars since i started driving and a drop is always a MUST with aftermarket wheels, regardless. I had an is350 dropped 2 inches before the G and i already have H&R's on their way for my g35. my dad has an ls430 w/ultra luxury package and swapped out the air suspension for a steel coilover setup. just cause it's a luxury car doesn't mean you can't make it better!

idk, i guess i came from a lexus family...and those people wow, all they care about is how low they can get their car to the ground and how big and wide they can make the wheels!!! check out clublexus and seee what i'm talking about.

 

I am not saying dropping it doesn't give it a better look he'll **** would look so much cleaner!!! How much will it cost me in total for parts n should I use just springs or the whole nine yards? Wit camber kit?
