VDC question

Is there supposed to be a beeping sound when VDC kicks in? I wish there was so i actually know when it does instead of just this little light that flashes that u cant see. Thanks in advance for the responses.

the orange light is very obvious to me. maybe the steering wheel is in your line of vision and blocks the light?

That is always my problem...but even if the system did beep I wouldn't hear it over my music anyway!

Why would you want it to beep? To tell you, "Hey, you are having fun" Beep Beep Beep lol

Ya pretty much. I was turning onto a street the other day and when i turned out the ground was wet and spun the tires enought to kick it in and cut the throttle back. I didnt realize it had done that so as i was trying to speed up the car wouldnt go faster until VDC turned off then threw me back and took off down the road. A beep would have been nice so i knew that had happened.

If you slide the car enough you will hear the VDC kicking on the ABS system, other than that it's silent. Its all electronic throttle control (fly by wire) minus the ABS.

Even if it had beeped you would have been in the same WTF situation. I don't get what the difference is.
