Sup guys,

So i really like the way the 09 g37 sedan front bumper looks and I currently have the 07 g35x sedan. Can anyone confirm if the 09 front bumper will fit on the 07 g35?

The headlights, hood & grille looks the same on both models.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

the 09 g37 sedan front bumper is the same as the 07-08 bumper, however the '10 g37 has different bumper which is swappable, but u need new headlights(they are different), grill, reinforcement bar, and bumper.

Do you mean 2010? The bumpers are the same from '07 through '09, main difference being those for Journey and Sport.

Not the 2010.. im referring to the 2009.. its a different style than the 07. I guess im talking about the journey bumper vs the sport bumper.

Based on that.. I'll be able to purchase the sport bumper and swap it for my journey bumper right guys??

This is the bumper i currently have...

This is the one I want....

****en dealers are stupid . You should ask them if the 2010 head lights and bumper fit. I bet you they would say NO!!

it will fit as long as u dont have the icc/tech package, just save yourself some $$ and get a 07 Sports bumper and its a direct swap, you dont need to get anything else or get the 09 which is the exact same bumper.

According to the dealer, and the internet, the 07 didnt come with that sports bumper. The 08 & 09 has it though.

Im probably going to get it off of a 08 g35/g37 (whichever they were called.)

Here I go looking for a bumper now.

Thanks yall... if anyone did this swap.. plz chime in.

Dealerships don't seem to know squat...I have an 07 "sport" with the sport bumper.

Wow, this either shows how illiterate the dealer is about these cars or shows how desperate they are to make a few extra $$... sad really.

If that's the case, then many of us '07S have flukes then.

Btw, it's part #62022-JK22H for the ICC-equipped one. Not sure for non-ICC, but it's one and the same bumper, they just cut out the hole for ICC post-mold (i.e. it's not a different "grille"). For all intents and purposes, the swap should be straight forward and you should be able to move over the brackets and such. I know there are several here who have done the swap. FWIW, here's my how-to going from sport to sport.
