good call stardust.

the good news is, im paying cash for the car. I just paid my 2006 GMC Sierra Duramax off. Guy offered me 23,500 for my truck, so i only have to come out of pocket about $500. I hate to get rid of the truck, heard lots of stories of those trucks going 500k miles. But diesel fuel is so damn high right now....

They said it isnt a CPO because they were trying to keep me at my price point. Dont know if thats sketchy or not, but it seems like a trustworthy Infiniti dealership in Memphis, of course, im the most naive person in the world.

Pay them the $1500 to get it in the CPO program, and have it financed for 1.9% for 60 months and keep your truck sale money ($18K) in your bank.

Yeah but the fact that the dealer hadn't enroll it in Inf CPO program tells me that something is/was wrong with it. A dealer would have jumped all over that to be able to charge a customer the extra $1500 for the little work they do to it and call it a CPO. A dealer that doesn't want the extra money hmmm, no such thing.

Well, when you go in to look at it again. Look under the hood, car, really test drive it. If the dealers say only 6 right hand turns, tell him no. You want to really test drive it in the city and freeway. Have a friend go w/ you that knows cars as well.
