I was doing some research and it seems like the 2008 fixes little problems the 2007 had like the intelligence key not working after being in contact with cellphones. So I have a few questions before making a purchase next month. I'm pretty set on the 2008s but the 2007s are so much cheaper.

1. Are there any known problems with the 2007s I should know about?
2. Anything known problems with the 2008s?
3. Also what does the 'S' add for the 2008s?
4. Are there any differences between the two years.

the ikey was solved through an automatic recall, if the car went in for any kind of service after the issue was identified by infniti, then they swapped out the ikeys for the better ones at no cost.

Basically there are not enough differences between the two to justify a much higher price, all depends on what kind of deal you get, the reshuffled the packages between the years but the options were the same.

A few minor differences I can think of offhand:

• '08 has one overhead LED versus two on the '07s
• Backup camera was bundled with Nav on '08s
• Tech package on '08s included Seatbelt pre-tensioners
