I have two window tints and a missing front license plate citation on my G.
Anyone know if I have to pay the fine or can I use the new car as proof that I fixed the problem(that way I can just be charged with the proof of correction).

I don't know where you live but for us the citations are linked to our plate/owner not the vehicle they were on. If I have a citation and I go in to register the plates to a new vehicle, return them or renew them, I would have to pay the fines first.
I hate Cali!!! Too many fricking enviromental laws!! We gotta test here for SMOG every two fricking years!! Even if you have aftermarket exhaust tips you won't pass the Emitions. (just exaggerating of course but you get my point)
You will have to pay the fines when you go to the DMV. Been there, done that when I got rid of a car a few years back. It was a parking citation but it still came up when I went to the DMV for the new car.
