which parts to get?

thanks to tax return, I have some extra $$ to spend on some parts.

should I go with strut tower bar?
OR
lower the car with eibach springs?

(budget is $300)

that's what im thinking, but if i were to get it lowered, do I have to get the wheel alignment re-done as well?
