I experience this very same issue. got the m45 **** and its soooo much better now. check my other thread for pix!

Did you trim the shifter down?

Thanks! Nope. I read about how difficult it was to trim it down so I decided to not do it.

Finally got my **** *giggity* and it looks great, so glad i spent that cash on it.
