Using different gas stations

Hi everyone,
I normally use the premium gas from 76 but now i live in las vegas the 76 here are expensive so i was wondering if getting premium gas from places such as mobil, Arco, sam's club, rebel oils, terribles oil, or speedee mart will effect my engine?

thanks guys

no there should be no ill effects unless you go to a gas station that cuts their gas with water (which i think is more typically done at "mom & pop" stations). otherwise though gas is gas. the only difference is the additives each company uses (detergents mainly). mobil and sam's should be just fine. i don't know much about those other companies.

Mobil you should be good to use. If you can find a Shell or Chevron, those would be good choices too. I had problems in my Maxima when I used Arco before. Ended replacing the EGR valve twice. Could have been bad gas that I used and it was two different Arcos's. I try to stay away from the mom and pop gas stations.

You should be find. I use a lot of different gas when the light comes on. It's what ever gas station is in sight to turn off the light.

Where we live SamsClub is the only place that has 91, the other stations including Shell only have 90. I've used Sams almost exclusively except when traveling long trips where I must buy from just one or two stations. My 2 Gs have always ran great on the Sams gas, and it's usually 5-10% less than other stations.

thats $1.40 per LITER and $5.299 per GALLON.

3.79 Liters per gallon:

3.79*1.40 = $5.306

The US has really cheap gas compared to the rest of the world.
