I bought a tannabe and magnaflow x pipe. I had them installed today, but the drone is insane that my head hurts. I was wondering if putting resonator will eliminate that issue. Also I'm trying to make it not so loud in cabin.

It likely would, but give it a few days. I can't say for your set-up, but my CB has mellowed out nicely over the miles.

it sounds extremely nice from outside, but inside the cabin is where it really kills my ear drums.
