Did you have to take this so called weight off or did it fit around it?

 

No I didn't have any weights. I had the dealer install and he said the driveshaft weights will fall off on their own and are not needed. Also the alignment issue was my fault, I had the wrong pipe on the wrong side.

 

Lmao my driveschaft weight didn't look like it was going anywhere...

 

Apparently those disks come out of there one by one. They look almost like brake pads when they come loose

My decals were in the box before you get to the exhaust. Idk how to describe it like once you open up the outer box.

 

oh my i have to look for those, thanks! lol i guess i was too busy ripping open the box to get at the exhaust that i didnt notice

 

We installed at the same time same place and my 08 G35X sport did not have the weight their....i think this is only the 07G35X Sedan no the 08 but who knows.

yea me too...i didn't find decals but i was more worried about those shiny pipes..im gonna have to look in the box now hahaDOMO

 

Nope my 07 G35X didn't have them either. Like I previously stated they fall out on their own, usually 1 by 1 and most people think they are brake pads when they come out.

 

does anybody have a rattle on cold starts/while the engine is warming up? its only at certain RPMs... holmes35 and I suspected it was the oem muffler's heat shield but its not...any ideas? (we both have it)
