front bumper lip question

Hi guys im pretty interested on getting a front bumper lip. I saw the home depot one that looks pretty cool but i do want a OEM one. I was wondering if the OEM one will hold with double sided type? this might be a stupid question.
i apologize if it is. or maybe i should just go with the home depot lip?

The OEM is held on by double-sided tape and some screws.

Well the thing is I live at school and I don't have any tools. It'd be weird if I just start operating on my car in school parking lot. Are the screws necessary?

Home Depot lip. Ballin on a budget son!!! AKA garage door weather stripping lol. IMO opinion it doesn't look that bad but it's just not for me.
