So I dropped the car off at Infiniti yesterday to get an oil change, and also handed them a list of somethings I noticed wrong with the car. On the list I had:
- Loose drivers seat, while breaking hard or accelerating.

- Studder in acceleration

They also found my rotors to be warped and said there was a fix for them the needed a new back plate or something. Will post a full report when I pick it up tomorrow. Some stuff sounded like it is a known issue with fix's if anyone is having the same problems.

Sorry it took so long guys. Drove over to Idaho and haven't had much luck for Internet over here. So they ordered my seat tracks and will be in in the the next couple days to be replaced. Also found a TSB for the studded problem and ref lashed the ECM. While they were driving it around they found the rotors to be warped, they have a TSB out for the brakes as well. They said something about a backing plate on the calipers. All is covered under warranty and didn't have to pay for anything. Ust an FYI for anyone who goes into the dealer and wants to make sure they are up to date on everything.
