You actually have to drill 4 new holes.... 2 are outside of the stock chrome area and two are under the factory chrome piece. This is the second time my G's had surgery.... Stillen Gen 3 and now the 37 spoiler

are the outer holes a must or can doublesided tape be used and just the 2 holes towards the middle?

I talked to him, no LP in stock. My coworker got a OB one though.

Just an FYI for those thinking of purchasing. There are two different spoilers being discussed here, the Stillen one just sticks on top of the chrome trim with tape (I think) and the OEM G37 sedan spoiler actually replaces the chrom trim with bolts and tape. The OEM requires two new holes be drilled at the outer corners of the trunk and relocates all the buttons and camera to the new spoiler as needed. You must specify if you have the reverse camera or not.

I don't know if it will be secure or flush without the outer bolts. the OEM unit is a little bulkier than the Stillen so it may need the extra fasteners. I have the OEM in black. Looks and fits good if you don't like the chrome.
