Question Wheel/Tire Size Help

I purchased a set of 20" Nissan GTR rims 20x9.5 front and 20x10.5 rear with tire sizes 255/40/20 front and 285/35/20 rear. My questions is will I encounter any fitment issues, will I need Wheel spacers etc. The car is lowered 1" front and rear. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

^ Kind of like putting the cart before the horse huh? You should check out the tech section wheels tires suspension. You'll probably get more hits there, plus a wealth of info.
