Blacking out Headlights

Honestly I don't have the ***** to open up my headlights as easy some people have made it look with their step by step guides. So I'm wondering if anyone would do it for me ?? Preferably local that way I don't have to pay shipping.

Also a follow up question: Has anyone had problems resealing them? or with condensation in the headlights afterwards?

EDIT: Oh I'm in Miami,FL

I could do it....i'm in Georgia though hah. It's really not that hard if you just follow directions. I only have a little condensation issue, because i didn't fully close one of my headlights. It isn't really noticeable though.

Any pics of the finished product apex? I've wondered if the headlight assemblies stick up your oven any? What paint do most people use?

Nope i put my headlights on wax paper and a baking sheet. I've done at least 6 or 7 headlights, so i know what i'm doing. Paint is really whatever you pick up, I stick with Rustoleum primer, paint and clear coat for whatever I do.

Here's a old pic of my car

WOW! Good job on that! That looks really clean w/ your G. Would look even better if you did a emblemless grill.

I've used flat paint and glossy paint on my grill before and i can tell you that there is a huge difference in terms of looks. I think the glossy black looks perfect on our cars. I'll post up more pics of my car during my coilover install

I WANT! AAH! >.< How much would the shipping be?? I just don't want to pay x5 as much as it would be for a 10$paint and 2-3hour or so job.

Good luck, buying a silicone to help re-seal the headlight works phenomenal from what i've heard. Good luck on getting them done, I know how badly you feel about wanting them, update with pics if and when you do get them blacked out.

I can vouch for apexi. he did my headlights as well as another member. we met up and he did an amazing job. The gloss black looks way better and I wish I knew what brand the paint was that the other member bought for us to use. It was by far the best paint ive ever used
